Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and all purchases made through it. By placing an order with Omaré, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not place an order.

Omaré is a Dutch sole proprietorship operating under Dutch law.

Privacy

By using this website, you consent to the processing of your personal data and confirm that all information provided is accurate.

Orders & Agreement

A purchase agreement is concluded once you have completed checkout, accepted these Terms, and payment has been successfully processed. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement applies only to the products listed in that confirmation.

Omaré reserves the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or issue a refund. We reserve the right to remove products or content from the website at any time.

Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs

  • Netherlands: €6.95

  • Europe: €11.95

  • International: €19.95

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. A Track & Trace code will be sent once your order has shipped.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In case of a clear pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Payment is available via iDEAL, PayPal, Bancontact/Mistercash, Sofort Banking, or in-store collection (if applicable). Orders are processed only after full payment.

Delivery, Risk & Ownership

Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers only after full payment has been received.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, including sale items.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with original tags.

To request a return, email info@omare-label.com stating your name and order number.

Intellectual Property

All website content is the property of Omaré and may not be used without prior written permission.

Force Majeure

Omaré is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, excluding the CISG.

Complaints

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at info@omare-label.com.
Normal wear, improper use, washing damage, discoloration, and pilling are not covered.
